Guests may check in after 4 pm and guests are expected to check out before 11 am. Guests arriving before 4 pm are welcome to use our pool or relax on the beach until your room is prepared for your welcomed arrival. Thank you.

You must be at least 21 years old.

We require the first night’s stay as a deposit. In general, any cancellation incurs a $35 processing fee. 30 days prior to your arrival date, 50% of balance is due to guarantee your reservation and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on arrival. If your arrival date is less than 30 days in advance, payment will be required in full and is non-refundable. We reserve the right to not honor any reservation in the event there are more persons than Castaways Cottages determines your cottage can accommodate. Reservations are accepted on the basis of your contracted arrival and departure dates, and bills are prepared accordingly. There are no refunds for early check-outs. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your arrival date will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Travelers Checks and U.S. dollars. No, we do not charge resort guests that have a reservation for parking.

All rooms are non-smoking, but smoking on porches is allowed. Because smoke is difficult to diffuse and clings to material, we ask that if guests smoke on porches, please close the entry door to your cottage to maintain the room’s environmental quality to benefit future guests. 

We supply a daily towel exchange. A midweek cottage clean is available upon request for guests staying a week or more.

Our heated pool is open Dusk until Dawn.
